Alex Kostic` is holding Systema seminar in Finland on 4.-6.9.2009, trainings include : take downs, fist fighting, leg fighting, knife work, ground work, biomechanical exercises, multiple opponent and mass attack work etc.

The schedule of the seminar : 4.9. 18.00- 20.00 5.9. 12.00- 17.30 6.9. 11.00- 15.30
